Founded in 2019, Pahchaan Astitva is a dedicated NGO working for social development, welfare, and justice. We focus on sustainable and equitable growth through participatory programs that empower individuals and communities. Our initiatives in social work aim to uplift marginalized groups, promote awareness, and create lasting impact. Our Projects
Education
Our NGO runs diverse programs focused on human resource development, sustainable growth, rural upliftment, human rights, education, health, women and child development, vocational training, agriculture, and environmental protection. We also work on HIV/AIDS prevention, social research, and maintain resources on the United Nations system to promote knowledge and awareness.
Development
Our NGO focuses on sustainable development through livelihood and agriculture initiatives, including self-help groups, irrigation, land development, soil and water conservation, social forestry, plantations, and nurseries. We empower farmers with training in horticulture and aquaculture while promoting women empowerment, social causes, and awareness drives to foster knowledge, positive attitudes, and practices.
Programs
Our NGO is dedicated to social development, focusing on rural and tribal communities through education, health, child and women development, and human rights. We provide skill development for underprivileged children, vocational training, sustainable agriculture, environmental protection, HIV/AIDS prevention, social research, and awareness programs, while maintaining resources on the United Nations system.

Mr. Ambrish Gupta, Chairman of Pahchaan Astitva NGO, holds an LLB and is dedicated to advancing social justice and community welfare. With his legal expertise and strong leadership, he guides the organization in promoting human rights, education, health, and sustainable development for marginalized and underprivileged communities.
Archana Bharti
Founder
Mrs. Archana Bharti, founder of Pahchaan Astitva NGO, is a passionate social reformer with an M.A. in Sociology. Driven by a vision of equality and inclusive growth, she has been leading initiatives in education, health, women and child empowerment, human rights, and sustainable development, inspiring communities toward lasting transformation.
Deepali Bharti
Treasurer
Ms. Deepali Bharti, Treasurer of Pahchaan Astitva NGO, holds an MBA and brings strong financial management and strategic planning skills to the organization. She plays a key role in ensuring transparency, efficiency, and growth while supporting initiatives in education, health, women empowerment, and sustainable community development.
